Elisabeth Shue Catalog

Today during the frenzy of tweets and reactions to the news about the series finale of CSI this September there was an inquiry posed to me in regards to this blog. The question was along the lines of "would I continue this blog now that CSI is over?" Well the answer is a definite yes! Starting this blog was a dedication to Elisabeth Shue who is a fantastic actress. It was partly a coping mechanism to deal with the hiatus for CSI and the uncertainty of the future of the show and her character Julie Finlay. It is because of her being on CSI that I really got to see her as an actress and enjoyed every moment of it. It is because of her being on CSI that I now have seen and own 19 of her movies (all purchased within the last month I might add) and am blown away by her performances. So I had been mulling around with this idea that, in addition to my writing and photography blogs, I would make one dedicated to Elisabeth Shue. I love her as Julie Finlay on CSI and a recent traverse into her filmography has inspired me to create this blog. I'll probably post the way I do on my other blogs, with pictures, screencaps, GIF's, articles, anything I can find of her work. She is an incredibly talented actress and just a joy to watch. I am inspired by her love for what she does and I hope anyone who checks out the blog can be inspired too.
